My career has been spent inside complex organizations where business and technology have to work together to deliver anything of value. I have worked on both sides of that line, and I have seen how much is lost when they operate as separate worlds with separate languages.

Much of my work has been translation in the practical sense: helping business leaders understand what technology genuinely makes possible, and helping technology teams understand what the business is actually trying to achieve.

Over time my focus moved towards Product Leadership and transformation — strategy, direction, customer value and the difficult work of connecting strategy with execution.

Strategy is rarely the hard part. Making it real is. That means clear priorities, honest trade-offs, teams who understand why their work matters, and the willingness to start with what can be done now rather than waiting for a complete plan.

The longer I worked on products and transformations, the clearer it became that sustainable change depends on people: trust, leadership, alignment and the quality of the conversations an organization is able to have.

That realization led naturally to Executive Coaching. Working with leaders one to one is, for me, a continuation of the same work — creating the clarity and confidence from which better decisions follow.
